Key Account Manager – Online Degree Programs About the Role Leverage Edu is looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager to expand and manage strategic partnerships for Online Degree Programs.
The candidate will be responsible for onboarding and driving business through education consultants, test prep institutes, upskilling centers, corporates, colleges, and digital partners while ensuring strong lead generation and admissions growth. Key Responsibilities Partner Onboarding: Appoint and onboard new channel partners, digital aggregators, education consultants, coaching institutes, and upskilling centers in the assigned territory. Relationship Management: Build and manage high-performing strategic partnerships with EdTech players, offline institutes, and lead generation partners to drive student enrollments. Funnel & Growth Strategy: Work closely with partner teams on lead generation planning, admission funnels, conversion strategy, target achievement, and business growth initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with partner counselors and internal admission teams for daily conversion tracking, issue resolution, and enrollment closures. B2B Outreach: Drive B2B outreach activities including college seminars, corporate tie-ups, career guidance events, webinars, and admission campaigns. Market Expansion: Identify alternate lead generation opportunities through local networks, tuition centers, academic communities, student housing ecosystems, and educational associations. Operations & Compliance: Monitor partner performance, payout processes, invoicing, and monthly business reviews to ensure sustainable partner engagement. Market Intelligence: Maintain strong market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, partnerships, and regional business opportunities. Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly admission and revenue targets through effective partner management and territory expansion. Desired Candidate Profile Education & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, EdTech Sales, Academic Partnerships, or Higher Education Admissions Preferred Industry
