Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property purchases, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close property sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends and project information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–10 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
