With clients across the United States and deep experience with all major SPM software tools, we are always looking for bright individuals willing to come on board and learn our specialized skills while gaining valuable work experience in the field of Sales Performance Management. We are currently seeking candidates with a degree in Engineering or Math/Finance related areas of study and 1-2 years of relevant experience for an opportunity to join a fast-growing consulting firm and learn the skills required to be a successful contributor in the field of Sales Performance Management. This is a work-from-home opportunity – no relocation is required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Databases.
- Technical knowledge and/or implementation experience of distributed systems design and SQL language required.
- Functional knowledge and/or implementation experience of SAP Commissions desired.
- Technical knowledge of SAP BTP/CPI is desired.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication skills – interacting with team members and customers.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to be taught new skills.
- Hard-working and sincere.
