We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect with a solid background in solution or cloud architecture within enterprise environments. In this role, you will design and deliver secure, scalable and high-performing solutions, working closely with global teams to define architectural strategies, align with technical standards and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities

Architect and lead the development of cloud-native solutions using microservices and event-driven paradigms

Define architectural standards, patterns and best practices for enterprise-scale engineering teams

Design and implement solutions with technologies such as Kubernetes and service mesh tools like Istio
-
Collaborate with global solution architecture, technology teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overarching technical strategies

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing
-
Drive performance optimization by leading performance testing and fine-tuning distributed systems
-
Create and maintain architectural documentation using tools like Miro, Gliffy or Draw.io to convey technical designs effectively

Lead cloud adoption, modernization and optimization initiatives for enterprise systems

Align technology solutions with business objectives while addressing scalability, reliability and security requirements

Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their application for solving business challenges

Work closely with technical and product leaders to ensure successful solution delivery
Requirements
-
12 to 20 years of experience in IT with a solid background in solution or cloud architecture within enterprise environments
-
Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP in production settings
-
Proven experience in designing end-to-end scalable architectures aligned with enterprise strategies
-
Knowledge of implementing and reviewing solutions for mergers and acquisitions
-
Competency in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with GitHub Actions is a plus
-
Proficiency in tools like Miro, Gliffy or Draw.io for creating technical documentation and diagrams
-
Strong ability to lead architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making at various levels
-
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
