What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications used in ophthalmic machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical/application issues.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to improve application performance.
- Train and support end-users on application usage.
- Prepare documentation and update user manuals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Optometry.
