- Assist Senior Engineers in planning and executing construction projects.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labor productivity and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Inspect construction work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Check and verify measurements, quantities, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with the purchase and store departments for timely material availability.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), work updates, and site documentation.
- Identify technical issues at the site and report them to Senior Engineers.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Monitor project progress and assist in achieving construction milestones.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Verify reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, and finishing works.
- Assist in quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support project handover activities and prepare completion reports.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, manpower, and equipment.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety practices are maintained at the construction site.
- Perform any other engineering or project-related tasks assigned by management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
