- Preparing training materials, presentations, and safety manuals.
- Providing induction training to new employees.
- Training employees on workplace safety procedures and policies.
- Conducting toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Demonstrating proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Organizing fire safety and emergency evacuation drills.
- Identifying training needs related to health and safety.
- Evaluating employee understanding through tests and assessments.
- Maintaining training records and attendance reports.
