Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
The role involves coordinating with engineers, architects, contractors, vendors, and clients while managing site activities across residential, commercial, retail, institutional, and civil projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and monitor project progress.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Manage labour teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, storage, and inventory at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Track project schedules and report daily progress to the Project Manager.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion for billing purposes.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and photographic documentation.
- Coordinate installation of interior works, MEP services, finishes, furniture, and civil works.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and deadlines.
- Identify risks and suggest corrective actions to avoid delays.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction and interior project supervision.
- Experience handling retail, residential, commercial, institutional, or civil and interior projects.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing works.
- Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and site documentation.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
