Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Solar Business Development Executive to promote and expand our solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential customers, and increasing solar project sales in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar rooftop systems and solar solutions.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to explain solar products and benefits.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility.
- Prepare and present quotations to customers.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit daily/weekly activity and sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (any field; technical background preferred).
- Experience in sales, marketing, or solar industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
