i. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
ii. Give inputs to the ASM for making the Line sheet and update the sales team in a regular manner
iii. Take the ownership for stock allocation and keep a track of pending order fulfillment and allot the products based on priority
iv. Keep a track on order taking and create the mechanism for monitoring the cash discounts
v. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
vi. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
vii. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
viii. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
ix. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
x. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
xi. Ensure adherence to laws and policies
