# HR / Operations Manager **Shaping Future Microfinance Pvt. Ltd.** ### Position Title HR & Operations Manager ### Salary **₹10,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month** *(Based on qualification, experience, performance, and business growth contribution)* ### Job Summary Shaping Future Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR & Operations Manager to lead human resource functions and operational activities across branches and field offices. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, staff management, operational efficiency, compliance, and business expansion support. ### Key Responsibilities #### Human Resource Management * Recruitment and selection of employees. * Employee onboarding and training. * Performance evaluation and staff development. * Attendance, payroll coordination, and HR records management. * Employee grievance handling and discipline management. #### Operations Management * Supervise daily branch operations. * Monitor loan disbursement and collection activities. * Ensure operational compliance and process implementation. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. * Coordinate with Branch Managers and field teams. #### Business Development Support * Assist in branch expansion and staff deployment. * Monitor productivity and target achievement. * Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. * Support company growth initiatives. #### Administration & Compliance * Maintain operational documentation. * Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. * Manage office administration and vendor coordination. ### Qualification * Graduate/Post Graduate (Any Stream) * MBA (HR/Operations) Preferred * Experience in Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, Insurance, Sales, or Operations preferred. ### Required Skills * Leadership & Team Management * Recruitment & Training * Communication Skills * MIS & Reporting * Problem Solving * Operational Planning * Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Excel) ### Benefits * Attractive Performance Incentives * Promotion Opportunities * Travel Allowance (As Per Company Policy) * Training & Career Development * Leadership Growth Path ### Reporting To Managing Director (MD) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ### Employment Type Full-Time ### Company Vision **Shaping Future Microfinance Pvt.
