This is a remote position.
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant will act as a SME by possessing broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Cloud HCM product. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact.
Responsibilities:
Candidate should have Broad IT expertise in Implementation, design, development, delivery and support for Fusion Cloud
- Should have 8 plus years overall experience with both hands-on Oracle development and team leadership
- Should have 3+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Should be Subject matter expertise within the HCM Data Domain with experience on Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, Security)
Should have working knowledge of Agile best practices and experience in onsite–offshore project team models
Essential Skills:
Should have experience in BI Publisher (RTF design/eText/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods).
Should have experience in additional Reporting Tools : HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard.
Should have experience in Extending Cloud/EBS through the native personalization layer.
Should have experience in Fast Formulas,HCM Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.
