Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, website, and walk-ins in a prompt and professional manner
- Process bookings accurately in the reservation system, ensuring all guest details are correctly recorded
- Provide detailed information about room types, packages, tariffs, amenities, and ongoing offers
- Upsell rooms, packages, and add-on services to maximize revenue
- Coordinate with front office, sales, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest experience
- Maintain and update room availability, rates, and inventory in the system
- Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policy
- Ensure all reservations comply with company policies and payment procedures
- Handle group bookings and coordinate with the sales team for corporate or event reservations
- Follow up on pending bookings and confirmations to avoid revenue loss
- Maintain proper records of guest preferences, repeat guests, and special requests
- Assist in managing online travel agency (OTA) bookings and portals (like booking platforms)
- Resolve guest queries and complaints related to reservations professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards at all times
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
