Job Purpose
As the first point of contact for our corporate office, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in representing our FMCG brand. You will manage the front office operations, welcome corporate guests, coordinate with distributors and supply chain vendors, and handle high-volume communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Guest Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and candidates with a professional and warm demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-compliant reception area that reflects our company values.
- Issue visitor badges and ensure office security protocols are followed strictly.
- Communication & Logistics:
- Operate a multi-line telephone system; screen, direct, and take accurate messages for internal teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, sample product shipments, and distributive mail efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain personnel delivering urgent documents or product samples.
- Administrative & Office Support:
- Assist the HR and Administration teams with routine tasks, such as scheduling interview candidates or onboarding paperwork.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared for high-level vendor or retailer meetings.
- Track and restock office and pantry supplies, ensuring the front office and visitor lounges are well-maintained.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream or a high school diploma with equivalent corporate experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive, preferably within a fast-paced FMCG, retail, or hospitality corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic handling of office equipment (epabx system, scanners, printers).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to handle peak-hour foot traffic.
- A calm and problem-solving attitude when dealing with tight timelines, vendor queries, or high-volume calls.
Pay: ₹8,597.81 - ₹23,995.64 per month
