About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, customer-centric, and highly proactive Lead – Sales Experience to lead our customer engagement and sales efforts across digital and offline channels. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, mentoring the sales team, driving conversions, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our premium brand values.
This role combines leadership, sales strategy, CRM ownership, and customer relationship management. You will oversee inbound and outbound customer engagement through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person interactions at exhibitions, pop-ups, and roadshows while ensuring every lead is nurtured and converted.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales Experience team to consistently achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure individual and team targets are met.
- Coach team members on customer engagement, objection handling, and sales conversion techniques.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.
Customer Experience & Sales Conversion
- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Engage with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person consultations.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend products that best suit their needs.
- Build trust-based relationships that result in long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
- Own and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Ensure every customer interaction, follow-up, and opportunity is accurately recorded.
- Monitor sales funnels, conversion rates, and follow-up quality.
- Generate regular reports and insights to improve team performance.
Roadshows & Brand Activations
- Lead the sales team during exhibitions, roadshows, pop-up stores, and customer events across multiple cities.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and maximize on-the-spot sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for successful event execution.
Lead Nurturing & Customer Retention
- Develop proactive follow-up strategies for warm leads and inactive customers.
- Re-engage customers through personalized communication.
- Build lasting customer relationships to improve retention and referrals.
Performance & Process Improvement
- Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend process enhancements that improve customer experience and sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to optimize customer engagement strategies.
What We're Looking ForExperience
- 5–8 years of experience in B2C sales, retail, customer experience, or relationship management.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
- Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, premium lifestyle, or hospitality is highly preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

CRM & Technology
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Comfortable using modern communication and productivity tools.

Travel
- Willingness to travel frequently for roadshows, exhibitions, and brand activations across India.
