Job Title: Hindi Faculty (EdTech)Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Hindi Faculty member to join our edtech team. You will design and deliver engaging online Hindi language and literature classes, create digital content, evaluate student progress, and contribute to curriculum development for school or competitive exam programs.
Key Responsibilities
Area Responsibilities Teaching- Deliver high-quality live online classes for Hindi language/literature (school levels or competitive exams like CUET, UPSC)
- Adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles in virtual environments Content Creation- Develop engaging lesson plans, study materials, and digital content tailored to syllabus (CBSE/ICSE/State Board)
- Create worksheets, videos, quizzes, and interactive materials Student Support- Assess student performance through tests/assignments and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor progress, track academic performance, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians Curriculum Development- Participate in curriculum design and update learning modules for better concept understanding
- Stay updated with syllabus changes, exam patterns, and NTA guidelines (for competitive exams) Digital Skills- Use LMS platforms, Google Workspace, smart boards, and multimedia tools effectively
- Conduct classes via online modes (onsite/remote flexibility) Qualifications & Experience Requirement Details Education- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hindi (preferred: 1st Division)
Experience- 2–4 years of teaching Hindi (school or edtech)
- Prior online teaching experience preferred Skills- Strong command of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, literature
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Classroom management, student engagement, digital literacy
- Passion for mentoring students and academic excellence Preferred Attributes
- Ability to explain concepts in simple, clear, engaging manner in Hindi medium
- Child-friendly, patient teaching approach (for school levels)
- Experience with multimedia, storytelling, formative assessments
- Location: Noida Sector 62 (Onsite)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
