About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Spa / MFM Trainer for a reputed wellness and spa organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in spa therapies, therapist training, service standards, and practical demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for spa therapists.
Train teams on spa therapies, massage techniques, SOPs, hygiene, and customer service.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching for skill enhancement.
Ensure consistent service quality and compliance with company standards.
Support onboarding and development of new therapists.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Spa Trainer.
Strong knowledge of spa therapies and wellness practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to manage training batches and practical workshops.
Professional attitude with a passion for training and development.
