Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sr. Business Development Executive
Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad (Local candidates preferred)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th off)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive (BDE) who excels in communication and relationship building. This is not a cold-calling or product sales role — the focus is on networking, client engagement, and brand collaboration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients
Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to connect with decision-makers
Identify businesses looking for branding, hiring, or collaboration services
Pitch services effectively (task-based evaluation during interview)
Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with prospects
Contribute to overall business growth through strategic connections
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good network or strong ability to build connections
Proficiency in LinkedIn networking and outreach
Background in communication-focused roles preferred
No hardcore sales or product selling experience required
