About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term relationships with organizations seeking recruitment and staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other business development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize service agreements.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Track business development activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development within the Staffing & Recruitment industry.
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and email marketing.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network of HR professionals and hiring managers.
Experience handling domestic and/or international recruitment clients.
