Responsibilities and Duties :
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement).
- Manage client duty payments and ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Handle TDS reconciliation and prepare related reports.
- Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS for vendors.
- Manage legal and miscellaneous tasks related to accounts and finance.
- Prepare and maintain outstanding reports.
- Manage domestic clients – outstanding, reconciliation, and payment adjustments.
- Prepare monthly expense & billing reconciliation for all branches.
- Handle foreign remittances and ensure compliance.
- Assist in balance sheet preparation and related schedules.
- Manage TDS – vendor TDS (quarterly) and reconciliation (annually in Sept).
- Support legal and miscellaneous accounting tasks
- Handle foreign remittances including inward/outward remittance processing, reconciliation, and compliance with RBI/ FEMA guidelines.
- Leverage accounting software/ERP for smooth integration of finance with logistics operations.
Minimum Educational Qualification :
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/B.Com,M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Work Experience Required
Minimum 6+ years of post-qualification CA experience.
