Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – Data Analyst to lead data analytics and business intelligence activities. The role involves driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex datasets, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support business and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis and reporting activities for business stakeholders
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and MIS reports
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate meaningful insights
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance tracking reports
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
- Drive process improvements through data insights and automation opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior analysts (if applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced data querying techniques
- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, reporting)
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or R
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Pay: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
