Job Summary:
We are looking for a disciplined and responsible Receptionist who can efficiently manage front office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of banking processes, and the ability to handle telecommunication and general office tasks with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communication effectively
- Manage telecommunication systems and ensure smooth information flow
- Assist with basic banking-related tasks and documentation when required
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and maintain a welcoming environment
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with staff and support administrative functions
- Carry out assigned tasks without hesitation and maintain a proactive attitude
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) are a must
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures is preferred
- Ability to manage telecommunication tasks efficiently
- Willingness to handle various office-related responsibilities
- Disciplined, punctual, and well-organized
- Polite, humble, and respectful behavior with proper manners and gestures
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Attending an offline interview on a specified date is mandatory
