Must Have
7–10 years of proven B2B sales experience as specified in the detailed JD.
Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
Experience engaging with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment manufacturers, or other healthcare enterprises.
Ability to build relationships with CXOs, hospital promoters, administrators, and senior clinicians.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with experience managing long sales cycles and complex buying processes.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Preferred
Prior experience selling Hospital Information Systems (HIS/HMIS).
Experience with EMR/EHR platforms, healthcare SaaS products, or digital health solutions.
Familiarity with OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Inventory, Finance, and Administration.
Understanding of healthcare digitization initiatives, interoperability standards, and Indian healthcare regulations.
An existing network within hospitals and healthcare institutions is a significant advantage.
