Job Summary:
The Chemistry Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective chemistry lessons to students, fostering a strong understanding of scientific concepts, and promoting critical thinking, experimentation, and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality chemistry lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Teach topics such as atomic structure, chemical reactions, organic/inorganic chemistry, and laboratory techniques
- Conduct practical experiments and ensure safe laboratory practices
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate and monitor student progress through tests, quizzes, and projects
- Provide feedback and support to help students improve academically
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Use modern teaching methods, including digital tools and demonstrations
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum development
- Participate in school meetings, events, and parent-teacher interactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field
- B.Ed. or teaching certification (required in most schools)
- Strong subject knowledge in chemistry
- Prior teaching experience (preferred but not always required)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,950.68 per month
