Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit blogs, articles, website content, case studies, whitepapers, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to understand products and services.
- Write SEO-optimized content to enhance online visibility and reach.
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies to produce relevant, up-to-date content.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all communication.
- Proofread and review content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of technical writing principles.
- Experience writing content for IT companies or software development firms.
- Good knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, or similar for content research and productivity.
