Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, and issue resolution.
- Make outbound calls to customers and salon partners for follow-ups, feedback, pending payments, order confirmation, and promotional calls (Telecaller responsibilities).
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with salon partners and B2B customers.
- Handle complaints politely and resolve issues efficiently.
- Share product details, offers, and promotions when required.
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions and open issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, CRM, or sales coordination.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-friendly and patient attitude.
