We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and Oracle Retail Brand Compliance for managing product and menu lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PLM & Brand Compliance workstream (Agile environment)
- Design product lifecycle, recipe formulation, and specifications
- Ensure compliance (labeling, allergens, regulatory standards)
- Enable supplier collaboration and data integration
- Support product launches and continuous improvements
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Retail/F&B technology
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PLM & Product Hub
- Strong knowledge of recipe, labeling, and supply chain processes
- Agile/SAFe experience (3+ years)
Preferred:
- Oracle Retail & OIC integration experience
- Knowledge of compliance standards (FDA, ISO, GFSI)
