Key Responsibilities
- Onboard, manage, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners and publishers.
- Monitor and optimize affiliate campaign performance using tracking dashboards and analytics tools.
- Regularly communicate with affiliates to share creatives, offers, and optimization strategies.
- Identify, recruit, and activate new publishers and traffic sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, finance) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Track and analyze key KPIs such as clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI; proactively flag anomalies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Prior internship or project experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
