Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational goals.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.
- Document and communicate business requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively gather and convey information between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to model business processes and workflows to support solution design.
- Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops to elicit requirements.
- Competence in using tools for documentation and visualization of business requirements.
