Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams for material availability
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to schedules
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Maintain inventory levels and reduce excess/shortage
- Ensure on-time delivery of products as per customer requirements
- Generate MIS reports related to production, dispatch, and inventory
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Optimize machine and manpower utilization
- Track order status and update stakeholders regularly
