Job Description
- 1. Assembly & Integration
- Assemble electronic sub-units, mechanical enclosures, wire harnesses, and PCBs according to
- engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and schematics.
- Perform fine-pitch mechanical and electronic assembly using hand tools, soldering irons, torque drivers,
- and crimping equipment.
- Ensure all assembled units meet IPC workmanship standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- 2. Testing & Calibration
- Conduct routine electrical, functional, and parametric testing on assembled PCBs and finished units
- using multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Perform zero and span calibration on sensors, gas/environmental detectors, or electronic modules
- according to target specifications.
- Document test results accurately in production tracking systems and report non-conforming units.
- 3. Quality & Validation
- Support environmental and burn-in testing (e.g., thermal chamber, endurance, and ingress protection
- checks) to validate product reliability.
- Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot board-level or system-level defects down to the component level.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Engineering teams to log Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on
- repeating failures.
- 4. Process & Safety Compliance
- Maintain ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control compliance throughout the assembly and testing
- process.
- Adhere strictly to ISO quality standards, 5S workplace management, and factory safety protocols.
- Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test jigs as production workflows evolve.
- Basic Skill Set:
- Proficiency in reading circuit schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Hands-on soldering skills (SMD and Through-Hole components).
- Familiarity with electrical test tools (DMM, Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, Frequency Counters).

Pay: ₹35,894.27 - ₹40,712.32 per month
