Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Software Tester to join our team. The role involves testing web and mobile applications, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality of software products. This position is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and prepare test cases
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
- Identify, report, and track defects
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing before releases
- Maintain test documentation and reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Familiarity with manual testing
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira
- Basic understanding of API testing or automation testing
