Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for IT solutions such as networking, CCTV, access control, AV systems, servers, and other system integration services.
- Fix appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals shared by the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer database and call records.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for smooth communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills in English and regional language.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, or system integration services (preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
