Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our business development and patient acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, promoting Vyana Care's physiotherapy services, and assisting in converting inquiries into appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential patients, corporate clients, residential communities, and healthcare partners.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and field visits.
- Explain Vyana Care's physiotherapy services and treatment programs to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with physiotherapists.
- Maintain and update customer databases and lead tracking sheets.
- Follow up with inquiries and existing leads to improve conversion rates.
- Support marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone and in person.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn sales techniques.
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, or physiotherapy services will be an advantage.
