About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with strong knowledge of Waaree / other solar products, including solar panels, inverters, and related components. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products in the field, developing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and visit customers in the field to promote and sell solar products.
- Explain product specifications, features, and benefits—especially panels, inverters, and other solar components.
- Develop a strong understanding of Waaree and other major solar brands.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update the sales database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of solar products: panels, inverters, structures, BOS materials, etc.
- Experience in field sales (solar industry preferred).
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Minimum education: Diploma / Graduate (preferred).
