Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions professionally, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience through voice, email, or chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
