Senior Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and oversee battery manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. The role will be responsible for driving production excellence, process improvement, team performance, and timely delivery of manufacturing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end battery manufacturing operations and production planning.
- Drive productivity, quality improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Lead and develop cross-functional production and engineering teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of production and business targets.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree , with relevant experience in Battery, automotive, Energy Storage, Management or Advanced Manufacturing Operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.
