Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for mid, senior, leadership, and high-profile positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully closing critical and confidential roles, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Lead hiring for mid-level, senior-level, leadership, and high-profile positions across multiple business functions.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, headhunting, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct resume screening, candidate assessments, and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive executive search assignments for confidential and business-critical positions.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful offer acceptance and joining.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
