Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
A Telecalling Executive is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding products or services.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in local language and basic English.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification
- 10+2, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree (depending on employer requirements).
Salary
- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
- Performance incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
