Novella Kitchens is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for all incoming and outbound leads. The role involves understanding client requirements, explaining modular kitchen solutions, and converting inquiries into confirmed showroom visits.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle all incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently.
- Understand client requirements, project stage, budget, and preferences before showroom visits.
- Convert leads into confirmed showroom appointments.
- Explain modular kitchen concepts, layouts, materials, accessories, finishes, and basic pricing over calls
- Build trust and strong rapport with clients through effective communication.
- Conduct showroom walkthrough coordination and ensure premium client experience.
- Coordinate with design team for smooth client handover and appointment management.
- Share references, presentations, and required project information with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead stages, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Ensure quick response time and professional communication at all stages.
Skills And Abilities Must have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates from the Similar Industry Preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant clients.
- Good listening skills and attention to details.
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented approach
Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in - Preferably Modular Kitchens and Interior designing.
- Experience in modular kitchen, interior design, real estate, or high-value sales preferred
