Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer communications, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding orders and inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmations and payments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely support.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Back Office Sales.
- Positive attitude with good follow-up and customer handling skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
