Position Summary
Keshvin Hyundai is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Accounts General Manager to lead the finance and accounts function across the dealership. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automobile dealership accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and team management.
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the automobile industry.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role within dealership accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance department across dealership operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Flow Management.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Monitor dealership profitability and provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Manage banking operations, reconciliations, fund planning, and working capital requirements.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with OEM (Hyundai) for financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure timely payroll accounting, vendor payments, and customer receivable management.
- Support management with financial analysis for business expansion and cost optimization.
Qualifications
- CA / CMA (Preferred) or M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management.
- Experience working in automobile dealership accounting is mandatory.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
