ETP Operations:-
- Operate and monitor the ETP as per SOPs and company standards.
- Monitor key parameters such as pH, COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, DO, flow rate and sludge levels.
- Manage chemical dosing, neutralization, aeration, clarification, filtration and sludge-handling processes.
- Operate pumps, blowers, agitators, dosing systems, clarifiers, filters and other ETP equipment.
- Collect wastewater/treated-water samples and coordinate testing with the laboratory/QC team.
- Maintain ETP logbooks, chemical consumption records, analysis reports and daily operation reports.
- Identify abnormal operating conditions and take corrective action promptly.
- Ensure treated effluent meets applicable MPCB/Pollution Control Board requirements.
Mechanical Maintenance:-
- Inspect and maintain pumps, motors, blowers, valves, pipelines, agitators and other mechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of ETP and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct lubrication, alignment, tightening and basic servicing activities.
- Maintain preventive-maintenance schedules, breakdown reports and equipment history.
- Coordinate with vendors/maintenance teams for major repairs, spare parts and technical support.
- Assist in installation, commissioning and modification of mechanical systems where required.
Required Qualification:-
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant ETP experience may also be considered.
- Additional knowledge/certification in ETP/STP/WTP operations will be an advantage.
Experience:-
- 1–3 years of experience in ETP operation, mechanical maintenance, utilities or plant maintenance.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing / FMCG / Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and relevant qualification may be considered for a junior-level position.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
