Key responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance of All QC/IPQA Labs\Micro (CQC/EB Lab/Block F/IPQA Block A, B, C, P/Sampling Area A, B, C/PM Labs/Micro lab) of Manufacturing.
- Handling of Breakdown of All QC/IPQA Labs (CQC/EB Lab/ Block F /IPQA Block A, B, C, P/Sampling Area A, B, C/PM Labs) of Manufacturing.
- Manage AMC/CMC Contract with external vendor.
- Responsible for Maintaining Instrument List/PM Calendar/Quarantine list.
- Supported for Review the document related to Instrumentation (PPV SPR and PTS, Qualification, Investigation, Software Validation.
- Manage Spare Inventory/ PM Kits and timely procurement of Spare parts. Followed up for Indent/PR/PO/Shipment/GRN /RGP&NRGP or Service Clearance.
- Activity Based training providing to external vendor, before start internal activity.
- Handling/implementing of CAPA related to instruments/equipment.
- Installation/Shifting/Retirement of Instruments.
- To perform QMS related activity in Trackwise.
- Coordinate external vendor during PM/Breakdown/External Calibration.
- Coordination with Engineering Dept. to maintain all required utility of Lab.
- Support for SOP preparation related to lab instruments /new installation.
- Perform of Lamp Energy for High pressure liquid chromatography system.
