Job Overview
Minsub Venture Private Limited is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Barista to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant café experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per company standards
- Take customer orders and handle billing/cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and work area
- Ensure proper stock handling of ingredients and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
- Support daily café operations and coordinate with team members
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 month to 1 year experience as a Barista or in café/restaurant service
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage handling
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekend schedules
- Positive attitude and team-working ability
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- 10 am to 10 pm
