- Handle all customer inquiries, walk-ins, and sales leads professionally.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers through calls, emails, and messages.
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle test drives for customers.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and complete all related documentation.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to collect feedback and encourage referrals.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer feedback.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
