As a Senior Product Manager at Great Learning, you will own end-to-end outcomes for a critical product area—either:

Growth & Monetization: driving lead generation, funnel conversion, and revenue growth in close partnership with Sales and Marketing, or

Learner experience: shaping the core learning journey, engagement, and outcomes for our learners.
You will

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligned with company goals.

Own key product metrics and use data, research, and stakeholder inputs to identify high-impact problems and opportunities.

Continuously identify and drive AI-powered solutions that make Great Learning an AI-native organization.

Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and partner with design and engineering to deliver solutions.

Ensure the front-end experience, back-end capabilities, and system logic come together to solve user problems effectively.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Academics to launch and scale product features successfully.

Work with the analytics team to design experiments, measure impact, and iterate rapidly on product changes.
