- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Handle all correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and pending actions.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and business documents.
- Organize meetings, events, and business travel arrangements.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
- Perform administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
- Assist the Managing Director with personal tasks whenever required.
Work Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator supporting senior management.
- Candidates with strong administrative coordination experience may also be considered.
- Experience in handling multiple priorities and working under pressure is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Secretarial Practice, Business Administration, or Office Management will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Email management and internet proficiency.
- Good typing speed.
- Shorthand knowledge will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
