Job Description:

Engage and interact primarily with professionals in the United States.

Analyze job requirements from top-tier direct clients, including Alcon, Boehringer,
Boeing, Merck, Organon, Novartis, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Seqirus, and more. -
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals, in-house databases,
LinkedIn, and relevant community sites. -
Conduct initial interview rounds with candidates and coordinate further assessments
with Delivery Managers and the US-based Account Managers. -
The role is a blend of inside sales and marketing, with a strong focus on talent
acquisition. It is NOT a traditional HR job.

Highly motivated, driven, hungry for success, needs minimum supervision.

Loves interaction with strangers, especially foreigners.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Willingness to work in the Evening Shift:-> March –November: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday - Friday).
& November – March (Daylight Saving): 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday - Friday).
