We are looking for Cisco IPT| Network Voice| Cisco Collaboration Engineer for our managed service practice. Candidate must have 3 and above years of progressive Support and Deployment experience with the following technologies: -

Intermediate level experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure.

Basic Understanding of concepts: OSI and TCP/IP Model, VTP, STP, Ether channel, Routing Protocols etc.

Able to apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and isolate VoIP Issues.

Intermediate understanding of the following Cisco Unified Communication Products.
-
CUCM 7.x, 8.x and above.
-
Cisco unity connection
-
Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers and Analog gateways).
-
Gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS, CCS), FXS /FXO etc.
-
Gatekeepers.
-
Understanding of CUBE.
-
IM&P/Cisco Jabber.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with all nationalities and cultures.

Proactive attitude to use his/her initiative to react quickly, to work effectively in emergency situations under minimum supervision.

Self-motivated and capable to work within a strong team environment is essential.

Must be fluent in English language.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and to divide focus among many different projects.

Ability to understand, analyze and resolve problems quickly.
Currently the Job Location is remote but Candidate must be based in Chandigarh or Mohali area. Once Covid-19 situation has improved, Job location for this position will be based in Chandigarh/Mohali area.

Education Requirement:
Bachelors in Engineering or BTech (Computer Science or Telecom)
Bachelors in Engineering requirement waived for Candidates who have CCIE and any bachelor’s degree.
